  • A brief phone call for details to get us started with prepping for our meeting

    • Review all ins/outs and features of the home together

    • Create your ideal avatar

    • Decide on included goods, ideal possession date and price

    • Sign listing agreement

  • Booking Staging Consultation

  • Booking of Cleaners

​

  • Booking of Photography/Videography (when applicable)

​

  • Marketing to buyer pool, market to REALTOR® pool

​

  • Listing to the MLS with photography, video, floorplans, and measurements

  • An exciting Open House (including invitations to the neighbours when applicable)
